Korea Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company would like to send customers the SUNWON electric wire & cable price list from June 2024. The price list includes unit prices for categories of electric wires and cables such as residential electric wires, bare cables, twisted cables, low voltage cables, medium voltage cables, fire retardant and fire resistant cables. You can click on the icon in the right corner of each table to access the Google Drive file and download it directly to your computer.

I. household wire quote

SUNWON residential electrical wires are manufactured according to TCVN 6610-3:2000 (IEC 60227-3) and TCVN 6610-5:2014 (IEC 60227-5).

  • 1-core hard wire: Single-core unshielded cable with solid conductor and conductor temperature of 70 degrees Celsius for internal installation (6610 TCVN 05 or 227 IEC 05): Nominal voltage up to 300/ 500V, number of conductors 1 and conductor 1 (hard conductor 1 solid wire), PVC/C insulation thickness from 0.6mm, average outer diameter from 1.9mm, maximum conductor temperature in use Normal is 70 degrees Celsius;
  • Single-core soft wire: Single-core unshielded cable with flexible conductor and conductor temperature of 70 degrees Celsius for internal installation (6610 TCVN 06 or 227 IEC 06): Nominal voltage up to 300/ 500V , number of conductors 1 and conductor 5 (soft conductor), PVC/C insulation thickness from 0.6mm, average outer diameter from 2.1mm, maximum conductor temperature in normal use is 70 poison;
  • 2- 4-core soft wire: Soft wire with normal heat-resistant PVC sheath for conductors with maximum temperature of 90 degrees Celsius (6610 TCVN 57 or 60227 IEC 57): Nominal voltage 300/500V, quantity conductors from 2 to 5 and conductor level 5, PVC or PVC/E insulation average 0.6mm; Average PVC or PVC/ST10 sheath thickness averages from 0.8mm.

II. aac, acsr, acc quote

SUNWON bare power cables are manufactured according to TCVN 5064:1994 on bare wires for overhead power transmission lines including: Bare copper cables, bare aluminum cables, bare aluminum steel core cables with a number of standards:

The conductor has a uniform surface, the strands do not overlap, are twisted or broken, as well as other defects that are harmful to use.
The successive twisted layers must be in opposite directions and the outermost twisted layer must be in the right direction. The twisted layers must be tight.
The steel fibers of the steel core aluminum wire must be galvanized to prevent rust. The zinc coating must not peel off or crack when bending on the core and may or may not be coated with anti-rust grease.

iii. aerial bundled cable quote

SUNWON twisted cable is used for low voltage power networks, working voltage up to 0.6/1kV and is manufactured according to TCVN 6447: 1998 standards:

  • Aluminum conductors are braided from round technical aluminum wires and pressed into circles. Dimensions and specifications of the conductor must comply with table 1. Aluminum fibers used to braid the conductor must comply with TCVN 5934 – 1995;
  • Insulators are made from XLPE material with an ash content of not less than 2% by weight. The insulation must be uniform, adhere firmly to the conductor but can still be separated from the conductor and comply with Tables 1 and 2 of this standard.
  • Cable cores are identified through continuous ribs along the length of the cable core.

iv. low voltage cable quote

SUNWON low voltage power cables are used to install electrical systems for civil, industrial, electricity projects and other economic sectors; Working voltage up to 0.6/1kV, insulated with PVC (or XLPE) and covered with PVC protective cover (manufactured according to standards TCVN 5935-1:2013/ IEC 60502-1:2009).

v. medium voltage cable quote

Medium voltage electric cables are used to transmit nominal voltages from 1kV to 36kV, as specified in Part 1 of TCVN 5935-1: 2013 (IEC 60502-1:2009): Cables used for nominal voltages of 1 kV ( Um = 1.2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3.6 kV) and Part 2 TCVN 5935-2:2013 (IEC 60502-2:2005): Cables for nominal voltages from 6 kV (Um = 7 ,2 kV) to 30 kV (Um = 36 kV).

vi. fr, frt cable quote

Fire-resistant cable is an electric cable made from fire-resistant materials, which has the ability to slow down the spread of fire along the wire and self-extinguish when the fire source is lost. The cable must maintain circuit integrity according to IEC 60331 or BS6387, meaning it can conduct electricity normally even when on fire. It should be noted that this cable will not burn, which is an incorrect opinion.
