– In case the customer has not received the goods after the estimated time has passed, please give us feedback so that we can take the fastest remedial measures. 1. Receive goods directly at the Company

– For customers who come to buy goods at the company’s headquarters and branches, you will receive goods directly at the company’s stores and branches.

– You will be provided by sales staff with all sales invoices; or (and) Financial Invoice (if requested by the customer). You have the right to ask the sales staff to provide documents if they have not been provided in a timely manner.

2. Company employees deliver goods at customers’ homes

– For customers in the inner city area. Hanoi, City. Da Nang and City. In Ho Chi Minh City, the company’s staff will deliver the goods at your home (if requested by the customer).

– In some cases, customers order products of great value and have addresses in neighboring provinces far from Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi, City. Da Nang and City. In Ho Chi Minh City, the staff will deliver the goods at your home (if requested by the customer).

– The Shipping Department will contact you in advance to arrange a specific time and place for delivery to you.

– Please directly check the goods carefully as soon as you receive the goods from the delivery staff, if there is a problem related to the type, model, quality, quantity of the goods is not the same as in the order, Please notify us immediately to coordinate handling. If there is no problem, please receive the goods and sign the delivery note.

– You receive the goods, sign the delivery note and pay the delivery staff all or part (if a deposit has been made) the value of the purchased goods (including the value of the goods + the shipping fee (if any). ) + installation fee (if any)).

– In case the goods have to be moved from a remote warehouse to the warehouse at the company and its branches, the sales staff will contact you to re-negotiate the delivery time.

– In case for some reason our staff cannot deliver the goods in time, we will contact you again and notify you.

3. Delivery staff deliver goods at customers’ homes

– For customers in remote provinces, in case the company’s staff cannot deliver the goods, the Company will authorize a number of delivery units such as VNPT, Viettel, or a number of reputable delivery units. other credits, door-to-door freight and freight to be paid by customers.

– When placing an order, please complete and accurately fill in the necessary information as required to create favorable conditions for us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for late or lost deliveries due to incorrect information provided by you.

– Delivery time depends on whether you choose express delivery or regular delivery, this time is only approximate.
Express delivery: From 2 to 3 days,
Regular delivery: From 5 to 10 days
– Please check the goods carefully as soon as you receive the goods from the freight forwarder, if there is a problem related to the type, The quality and quantity of goods are not as in the order, please notify us immediately to coordinate with the delivery unit to handle the goods.

4. Delivery via passenger cars (garages) at bus stations.

– Usually, this form of delivery will apply to customers in districts and provinces far from the center; and you have acquaintances – close friends, trust in passenger cars.

– We will deliver the goods to you via passenger car according to the requirements of the customer.

– Please provide us with correct information about the garage: Name of the garage (name of the car), Full name of the owner (or driver, assistant), License plate, time of arrival and departure at bus stations, … and some other information.

– Please pay the full value of the order before we ship the goods or the owner (home) of the passenger car will pay the entire value of the order before receiving. At the same time, you should ask the car owner (the person receiving the goods from the company) to carefully check the goods before receiving.
