1. Applicable standards : IEC 60502, TCVN 5844:1994, TCVN 5935-2:2013 . The conductive core part applies as bare aluminum cable with steel core, without anti-rust grease and without longitudinal waterproofing.

2. Product structure:

Galvanized steel wire consisting of 1 or 2 layers of concentric braiding;
The aluminum core is twisted and braided concentrically from many electrical engineering circular aluminum threads (can be pressed tightly);
Semiconductor layer (minimum thickness 0.3mm)
Insulation includes XLPE at least 2.5mm thick, black HDPE protective sheath at least 1.8mm thick.

3. Rated voltage Uo/U (Um) : 12/20 (24) kV.

4. Maximum conductor temperature : 90 degrees Celsius.

5. Nominal cross-section: 35/6.2mm2 to 300/67mm2.

The product SUNWON-12.7/22 (24) kV-AS/XLPE/HDPE-1x Half-Voltage Medium Voltage Cable is specified according to the technical requirements for electrical wires and cables of Northern Power Corporation: Aluminum core wire XLPE/HDPE insulated sheathed steel:

Manufacturing and testing standards: IEC60502, TCVN 5844:1994, TCVN 5935:2013. The conductive core part applies as ordinary steel core aluminum wire, without grease and without longitudinal waterproofing.

The wire structure wraps the layers from the inside out as follows:

Conductive core: Steel core aluminum wire, galvanized steel wire;
Inner semiconductor layer (minimum thickness 0.3mm);
XLPE insulation (simultaneous extrusion with internal semiconductor). Minimum thickness of 2.5mm for 22kV and 4.3mm for 35kV;
Outer layer: Black HDPE, 2% carbon content, minimum thickness 1.8mm for all types of coated wire.
