5-cores aluminum cable SUNWON-0.6/1kV-AXV 5x

5 cores low voltage aluminum power cable is used to transmit voltage up to 0.6/1kV. The cable consists of 5 cores made of pure aluminum, with XLPE insulation.

1. Applicable standards : TCVN 5935-1: 2013 ;

2. Product structure:

Conductive core is concentrically twisted and braided from many rigid aluminum strands, forming many layers (can be pressed tightly);
XLPE insulation has a phased color scheme;
Fillers, tapes made of PP, PET, PVC;
Black PVC sheath.

3. Nominal voltage (Uo/U) : 0.6/1kV.

4. Maximum conductor temperature : 90 degrees Celsius.

5. Nominal cross-section : From 11mm2 to 240mm2.

SUNWON-0.6/1kV-AL/XLPE/PVC-5x 5-cores aluminum cable is manufactured according to the standards specified in TCVN 5935-1:2013, product specification requirements are as follows:

Nominal voltage 0.6/1 (1.2) kV;
Insulating compound:
- PVC thermoplastic;
- Cross-linked insulating compound: Ethylene propylene rubber or the like (EPR), molecular rubber or high hardness ethylene propylene rubber (HEPR), Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).
The maximum conductor temperature in normal operation is 70 degrees C (if PVC insulation) and 90 degrees C (if XLPE insulation).
Conductors: Must be class 1 (1 solid conductor) or class 2 (braided conductor) (according to IEC 60228:2004) of annealed copper/coated with aluminum or aluminum alloy;
