Effectively suspending electricity bill collection at home In the first 9 months of 2020, for the whole of EVNSPC, the rate of customers paying non-cash has reached 62.82%, exceeding the whole year plan.

Particularly, the rate of non-cash payments has now reached 87.61% of the total electricity bill paid. In particular, in the urban area of ​​21 southern provinces and cities, the percentage of customers who do not have to come to collect at home has reached 87.74% of the total number of electricity users.

Due to some limitations on electronic payment infrastructure in rural areas, the percentage of customers who do not have to come to collect electricity bills at home reaches 53.6% of the total number of customers, expected by the end of the fourth quarter. 2020 will not apply the form of electricity bill collection at homes in urban areas.

According to Mr. Ly, in 21 southern provinces and cities, from the beginning of the year until now, EVNSPC has provided on-demand online power services to more than 2,174,000 customers through service delivery channels of the industry. electricity, in which the number of requests received indirectly at the Customer Care Center is 1,964,800 requests.

The rate of providing transactions through the channels of the Customer Service Center and through the Public Administration Centers, the Online Public Service Portal has reached 90.13%. The number of customers using the Customer Service App and Zalo throughout EVNSPC in the first 9 months of this year reached 1,358,055 customers.

Besides the general results achieved in eliminating electricity bill collection at home, not using cash in electricity bill payment of EVNSPC, many member Power companies have made outstanding efforts and efficiency.
